We do not offer car rentals on an hourly basis; the minimum rental period is One day.

The renter must not exceed the limit of 250 km per day during their lease. An additional charge of AED 18 (EighteenAE Dirhams) will be charged for any additional kilometer.

The renter must return the car with the same fuel level it was provided at the start of the rental period.

We process security deposit refunds within 5 days after the termination of the lease. However, if the renter has accumulated traffic fines during the lease period, the refund may take up to 10 days from the date the traffic fine was acquired.

We accept VISA and MasterCard payments. The card used for the payment of the rental period must be registered under the name of the renter. We charge an additional 3% service fee per transaction. We accept Cash payments of AED, USD, and EUR as well as bank transfers.

We accept cash and bank transfers only.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our fleet, and violators may be subject to a fine.

Engaging in drifting on public roads is prohibited by law, and offenders may be liable to pay a fine.

The car must not be taken off-road during the rental period.

Customers are required to comply with all traffic rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and must refrain from engaging in reckless driving.

Making loud engine noises while parked or in traffic is strictly prohibited by law, and offenders may be liable to pay a fine.
